Return Policy Your satisfaction is our primary concern, but if for
some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please E-mail us at

us of a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to
respond to your email. Please have your order number available.
When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order
confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund your payment, less the
shipping cost. If you want a replacement, due to the high cost of
shipping, you will be required to pay shipping for the new item as well.
